A buckling-restrained brace connects to a structural steel beam via a gusset plate and fitted stiffeners located at the work point. The connection design, including fitted stiffeners and gusset plate configuration, is coordinated per the buckling-restrained brace supplier requirements and referenced drawing series. Working points establish the intersection for the chevron bracing layout.
