An interior structural framing condition features a vertical column connected to intersecting horizontal beams with diagonal steel angles at each corner. Each diagonal brace consists of an L2x2x3/16 angle with the vertical leg coped, positioned typically at a three-inch offset. The column size is determined per the structural column schedule, and beam sizing references the structural framing plan. Exterior conditions follow a similar framing geometry.
