A structural core and casing assembly features a central steel core plate encased within a square tube or pipe casing filled with grout and proprietary interface material. Lug plates extend from each end of the assembly, featuring standard bolt holes for connection. A seal weld is specified at the casing ends along the edge of the gusset plate. The assembly is symmetrical about the centerline and includes dimensional references for casing length and bolt hole spacing.
