An existing hollow structural section column bears on a two-foot square base plate anchored to a concrete footing with four one-and-one-quarter-inch diameter by four-foot long anchor bolts. New epoxy anchor rods are provided per schedule. A non-shrink grout pack fills the space beneath the base plate atop the concrete footing. Centerlines and typical edge dimensions locate the column and anchor bolt layout.
