An interior non-structural concrete curb is formed on a slab on grade, featuring continuous #4 reinforcement and #4 hairpins spaced at 24 inches on center. The assembly accommodates curb widths ranging from 4 inches to 8 inches and 8 inches to 16 inches, maintaining a maximum height of 1 foot. Reinforcement details include 1 1/2 inch minimum clearance at the top, 3 inch clearance at the bottom, and hooks turned inward at the slab edge. Architectural drawings must be referenced for specific curb dimensions and locations where the edge of slab occurs.
