A vertical concrete ramp panel bears on a one-inch grout layer above an erection pad located at the top of a continuous concrete footing. Vertical reinforcement consists of number four bars at ten inches on center at the center of the panel, projecting eight inches into the continuous footing between erection pads. Horizontal reinforcement in the panel includes number four bars at twelve inches on center. A concrete slab with number four bars at eighteen inches on center each way ties into the ramp panel. The continuous footing contains three continuous number four bars longitudinally and number four bars at eighteen inches on center transversely, with an additional single continuous number four bar located centrally just above the footing base.
