A structural column base plate assembly includes an anchor rod, a Grade 50 plate washer, and a gusset plate where shown on the plan. The anchor rod requires a minimum edge distance of one and a half inches, with four inches minimum unless otherwise noted. The base plate and plate washers are sized per the schedule. The framing column aligns with the edge of the base plate as detailed.
