A precast concrete wall panel bears on a continuous concrete footing and connects via vertical dowels spaced at thirty-six inches on center, spanning full width except omitted at each end of the panel per the panel dowel schedule. Footing dowels tie the foundation together while slab reinforcement extends into a concrete pour strip adjacent to the finished floor. Finished grade transitions to asphaltic concrete paving or a concrete slab verified with civil drawings. Vertical dimensions establish clearances between the finished floor, foundation, and panel elevations.
