Precast concrete wall panels meet at a mitered corner featuring a butt joint and internal connecting hardware. An eight-inch by eight-inch by one-half-inch thick plate connects the panels with embedded anchor bolts. Bent plates measuring eight inches by eight inches by one-half inch thick reinforce the connection. Fillet welds of five-sixteenth inch size are applied to three sides at structural connection points. Sections A and B detail the vertical panel joints and anchorage conditions.
