A continuous track fastens to an existing concrete slab using point-driven pins of 0.180 inch diameter spaced at 16 inches on center. The track accepts partition wall studs sized per plan and finished with gypsum board on both sides. The track attaches to the stud at each flange using number 8 screws. A note specifies that full-height walls require a minimum 18 gauge bottom track.
