A half-inch by eleven-inch square steel plate is secured with four three-quarter-inch diameter stainless steel Hilti KB-TZ expansion anchors. A central slotted member passes through or connects to the steel plate assembly with a half-inch offset dimension. The anchor bolts are spaced symmetrically with one-and-a-half-inch edge distances typical on both axes.
