A reinforced concrete pile cap supports a cast-in-place concrete slab and a concrete masonry unit wall above. The concrete slab features standard reinforcing detailed per plan with specified development length. The foundation is wrapped with a waterproof membrane and exterior insulation as detailed on architectural drawings. Pile cap reinforcing is detailed on sheet S-MB-5.11.
