An exhaust fan mounting assembly is supported by a blocking beam sized per plan located beneath the roof deck. A kicker brace connects to the blocking beam web and is detailed per sheet 14/SD6. The overall vertical clearance from the roof deck to the bottom of the mounting assembly measures one foot and five-sixteenths inches.
