A pressure-treated ledger is secured to the concrete wall per plan with three-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts spaced at eight inches on center, staggered typically. Sill plate anchors per the structural wall schedule secure the sill plate to the top of the concrete wall, which has a minimum thickness of six inches.
