Precast concrete wall panels connect at building corners and intersections using mitered, butt, or lapped joint configurations. Each panel edge is reinforced with two typical reinforcing bars running parallel to the joint. Sealant is specified at the exterior joint interfaces, coordinated with architectural drawings. Dimensions indicate panel thicknesses, joint widths of three-eighths of an inch, and thickened panel conditions where required.
