An SC-740 chamber inspection port connects through a knock-out located at the center of the chamber using a four-inch PVC riser extending vertically to a floor box frame and lid with a stainless steel cap screw lid closure. The riser includes a screw-in cap and is surrounded by Class "C" concrete within the pavement section. AASHTO M288 Class 2 non-woven geotextile wraps the aggregate bed above the chamber. The assembly maintains a vertical depth between eighteen inches minimum and ninety-six inches maximum from the top of the chamber to the pavement surface.
