An adjustable floor or grade cleanout is set flush within the concrete floor slab and connects to a four-inch diameter drain pipe. The vertical drop transitions through a combination eighth-bend fitting to meet the horizontal drainage run, with pipe depth varying as required by the pipe invert. A plug is provided at the end of the run when applicable, and additional sizing is coordinated per plumbing plans and schedules.
