A cold-formed steel stud bottom track sits atop a concrete curb over a concrete-filled deck reinforced with number four bars at twelve inches on center each way. The double stud is secured to the bottom track with number twelve self-tapping metal screws on each side of each stud. A one-half-inch Titen HD anchor bolt with a three-inch minimum penetration anchors the track into the concrete curb.
