Cold-formed steel wall framing consists of 600S162-43 metal studs spaced at 16 inches on center with continuous 600T150-54 metal tracks at the top and bottom secured by number 10 sheet metal screws at each leg and each stud. CEMCO SureBoard is applied per structural plans with connections per plan. A 6-inch metal stud joist aligns with floor framing and receives blocking studs at 16 inches on center. Simpson L30 clips attach to each stud with two number 10 sheet metal screws at 16 inches on center. The wall assembly bears above a structural steel beam and bare metal deck floor system.
