A continuous 600T150-54 cold-formed steel track bears directly on a concrete substrate with a three-inch minimum edge distance. The track is secured to the concrete using 0.157-inch diameter powder-actuated fasteners with three-quarter-inch embedment spaced at twelve inches on center. Metal stud framing is positioned within the track and connected using number ten screws on each side of each stud.
