A concrete tilt-up wall panel bears onto a concrete footing with one and one-half inches of non-shrink grout and an embedded base connection plate. A concrete pour strip interfaces between the tilt-up panel and the concrete slab on grade, featuring number four by eighteen-inch by thirty-six-inch dowels at eighteen inches on center. Reinforcing mats extend from the slab into the pour strip with a twenty-four-inch minimum lap and one and three-quarter inches of clear cover. Foundation insulation rated at R-six is placed vertically against the footing and wall assembly. A construction joint is detailed between the slab on grade and the pour strip, with dimensions to the first construction joint as specified per plan.
