An 86-inch concrete panel connects to an HSS 6x6x1/4 structural steel tube column via a 6-1/2 inch by 8 inch by 1/2 inch steel embed plate cast into the panel. The embed plate is secured with two 3/4-inch diameter by 5-inch long HSA anchors. A 3/8-inch fillet weld joins the embed plate to the top of the steel column.
