A concrete wall assembly is reinforced with vertical and horizontal rebar. The wall section extends eight feet vertically above the bearing line and has a two-foot thickness. Vertical reinforcement includes number nine bars at six inches on center, number seven bars at one foot on center, and number five bars at one foot on center. Horizontal reinforcement consists of six number five bars at the base, along with a drilled and bonded number six bar extending into the adjoining concrete element.
