A moment frame column anchors to a concrete mat foundation. The column base plate is secured with anchor bolts featuring washers per the anchor schedule and referenced detail. Four number four ties are provided at the anchor bolts spaced at four inches on center typically. Four number six grade eighty bent bars with standard hooks are detailed in each direction within the mat foundation.
