Precast concrete wall panels meet at a corner supported by a continuous steel ledger angle. A 1/4-inch bent plate measuring 3 inches by 8 inches long connects the steel ledger across the joint with two 3/4-inch anchor bolts, utilizing horizontally short slotted holes on each side of the joint. A corner angle fabricated from L5x5x5/16 steel by 4 inches long features a 3/8-inch gusset plate welded with a typical 1/4-inch fillet weld. Another structural angle, L5x5x1/2 by 0'-4" long with a 3/8-inch gusset, ties the steel ledger assembly together at the corner. Field welding is specified with a 5/16-inch typical fillet weld, and butt corner treatments are detailed per panel elevations where applicable.
