An L3x3x1/4 angle is provided as required to support the metal deck adjacent to a hollow structural section or wide flange column specified per plan. Additional number 4 top reinforcing bars are placed on each side with hook ends as required, extending a minimum of one foot six inches. Deck closure to the column web is installed per the deck manufacturer requirements.
