A concrete pier and foundation wall assembly reinforced with eight number eight vertical bars featuring ninety-degree hooks anchored into the footing. Four number four ties are spaced at three inches on center at the top and balance at six inches on center. The top of the pier elevation and offsets vary per plan. A precast concrete wall is positioned adjacent to the foundation wall per architectural drawings.
