A beam-to-column web connection has top flange plates welded to the column flanges and beam top flanges. Continuity plates are aligned inside the column web in line with the top flange plates as specified in typical details. Shear plates welded to the column web connect to the beam webs using bolted connections with sizes and counts coordinated per the structural plans. Additional bolt rows are provided as indicated on the framing plans.
