Cold-formed steel floor joists frame perpendicularly into a built-up beam using a continuous ledger track matching the joist depth and gauge. The ledger track is attached to the beam web with number 10 sheet metal screws spaced at one and one-half inches on center. The joists align with the built-up beam assembly detailed per sheet S5.12.
