Two adjacent concrete panels connect via an 8" x 8" x 3/4" steel embed plate featuring four 3/4" diameter by 5" headed stud anchors at 12" on center along the lintel panel edge. Two number 5 weldable dowels anchor into each panel and tie back to the embedded plate assembly. A 12" x 6" x 3/8" connecting plate spans across the joint between panels, secured with 5/16" fillet welds typically. A 3" dimension spans across the panel joint opening.
