A structural column splice connection includes stiffener plates matching the column flange thickness. The flange joints feature partial joint penetration welds with a 3/4-inch dimension and a 5/16-inch fillet weld. The web connection incorporates direct complete joint penetration welds with a 3/4-inch size. Anchor bolts and base plate centerlines are dimensioned relative to the column centerline.
