A six-inch steel schedule forty pipe is filled with three thousand psi concrete and capped with a six-inch bollard dome cap. The bollard is set at the property line, maintaining a one-half-inch offset from existing grade. It ties into an eighteen-inch foundation wall sized per structural requirements, situated relative to finish grade and existing grade.
