A C250x45 structural steel channel frames the second level floor at elevation 106.80, supporting bar grating via a continuous 6x100 plate welded to the channel for deck connection. A C200x17 channel cabinet support is located on each side under the charging cabinet, leveled with shim packs and fastened with sixteen-millimeter diameter through-bolts complete with plate washers. Nineteen-millimeter diameter by six-hundred-millimeter long D2L studs are fusion welded at three-hundred millimeters on center per Nelson specifications. A gusset plate slotted into a hollow structural section brace ties into the structural assembly.
