A structural concrete slab step with variable dimension "H" and a one-foot horizontal offset features typical slab reinforcement sized per plan with hooked ends at the terminations. Vertical shear reinforcement consists of number five stirrups spaced at twelve inches on center, supplemented by number five bars at twelve inches on center each face. Three number seven top and bottom bars run continuously through the section.
