Vertical joint between two tilt-up concrete panels with 8-inch by 8-inch by 3/4-inch steel embed plates anchored by four 3/4-inch diameter by 5-inch long heavy-duty sleeve anchors spaced at 12 inches on center along the lintel panel edge. Two number 5 weldable dowels provide continuity at each panel edge. A 12-inch by 6-inch by 3/8-inch plate and an L6x6x3/8 angle, 6 inches long, secure the corners with a 5/16-inch fillet weld. The reinforcement layout maintains a 2-foot typical spacing for the dowel configuration, with 2-inch and 4-inch clearances at the joint interface.
