A precast concrete wheel stop measuring eight inches wide by six inches high is anchored to an asphalt or concrete paving surface. Two minimum number seven rebar dowels, each twenty-four inches long, extend one foot six inches into the prepared soil and aggregate base. The wheel stop is positioned relative to the edge of the paving with a six-inch offset dimension.
