A seven-eighths-inch by six-inch diameter galvanized plate with a one-inch diameter hole is welded to a support post with five-sixteenths-inch fillet welds. The assembly is designed for a five-thousand-pound ultimate load in any direction. The support post references sheet S603 for additional framing conditions.
