A CoreBrace buckling-restrained brace connects with a bolted lug to a wide-flange column and base plate assembly at the foundation. Stiffener plates are installed within the column as required by the brace configuration. The column bears on a concrete grade beam with a concrete blockout detailed at the concrete slab on grade per plan. Base plate and anchor bolt details are referenced to a separate sheet.
