Steel floor beams frame continuously past a steel column supporting a concrete over metal floor deck. The framing connection utilizes shear tabs welded to the steel column web with bolts securing each steel beam web. The concrete slab cast over the metal floor deck bears across the top flanges of the steel beams and passes continuously across the column centerline.
