A C12 steel channel stair stringer connects to a concrete wall using a five-eighth-inch by one-foot-four-inch square embed plate welded with eight five-eighth-inch diameter by five-inch long studs equally spaced. The stringer connection to the embed follows the typical beam schedule. A guardrail mounts directly to the assembly at the stringer.
