Precast concrete wall panels connect using embedded steel plates, angle ledgers, and welded studs. Three-quarter-inch side plates and three-quarter-inch end plates tie the precast elements together. Number six drag bars measuring four feet long reinforce the embedded plate assembly. Four seven-eighths-inch by six-inch long welded studs anchor the plate to the concrete at six inches on center. A one-quarter-inch fillet weld secures the angle ledger per plan with ten-inch spacing. Additional one-half-inch plates and embedded connection plates complete the structural junction.
