A continuous deck angle welded to an embed plate cast into the concrete secures the roof deck to the tilt-up wall panel. Five-eighths inch diameter puddle welds attach the deck to this angle as specified per detail 4/S303. The embed plate installation follows detail 5/S501, with a one-quarter inch fillet weld applied at each embed location. A continuous two-by treated wood blocking at the top of the parapet provides roof termination as referenced in detail 2/S301. Project plans determine the top of the concrete and the deck bearing elevation.
