Concrete beam and slab reinforcement occurs at a level step transition. The assembly includes continuous beam top reinforcement with a standard hook per schedule, beam bottom reinforcement per schedule, and beam stirrups and ties per schedule. A lap splice length is provided per schedule 19/S401. Stirrup and tie spacing is centered on the beam transition per schedule, with step dimensions sized per plan.
