A wedge clamp rail anchoring system is installed flush within a 300 millimeter thick reinforced concrete slab, with anchor bolts extending down and secured with nuts. The concrete slab incorporates heating pipes positioned at 95 millimeters from the top of concrete, coordinated per mechanical drawings. Reinforcing steel is placed within the slab sized per plan. A layer of rigid insulation is attached beneath the concrete slab.
