This structural section details a small canopy supported by hollow structural section steel members spanning from a concrete slab on grade up to the underside of Level 2 cross-laminated timber. Vertical support is provided by an HSS6x4x3/8 column aligned with grid A. A horizontal HSS6x4x1/4 framing member ties into the assembly at nine feet six inches above the slab. A deferred curtain wall system interfaces with the vertical steel framing.
