A concrete slab re-entrant corner is reinforced with diagonal and orthogonal reinforcing bars placed in both the top and bottom mats. Two number five bars measuring seven feet long are placed at six inches typical spacing unless noted otherwise. Additional diagonal trim bars consisting of two number five bars measuring six feet long are installed across the re-entrant corner with a three-foot typical extension dimension.
