A square steel plate measuring three-quarters of an inch by twelve inches minimum connects the framing beam to the corner column. The centerline aligns with the davit pedestal and beam as indicated. A one-inch offset dimension locates the structural members at the corner condition. The supporting beam size is specified per plan.
