Standard puddle weld configurations and flute spacings for steel roof and composite deck profiles are provided across five distinct deck profiles: thirty-inch wide one-and-a-half-inch wide rib roof deck in a thirty-slash-five pattern, thirty-six-inch wide one-and-a-half-inch wide rib roof deck in a thirty-six-slash-five pattern, thirty-six-inch wide three-inch or two-inch composite deck in a thirty-six-slash-four pattern, twenty-four-inch wide three-inch or two-inch composite deck in a twenty-four-slash-three pattern, and twenty-four-inch wide three-inch roof deck in a twenty-four-slash-four pattern. Puddle weld locations are indicated as five-eighths-inch diameter typically at the flute spacings ranging from six inches to twelve inches.
