Cold-formed steel ceiling joists bear on a continuous top track of a metal stud wall, secured with two number eight screws at each joist. Ceiling ties sized 362T125-43 attach to the top of the joist assembly with a minimum of two number eight screws at each joist. The wall framing utilizes metal studs specified at a minimum of 33 mils, with blocking fastened using two number eight screws at each blocking location and two number eight screws at each stud to the top track. Interior finishes are provided per architectural drawings.
