Conduit couplers are installed prior to concrete placement within the slab-on-grade assembly. Additional conduit is installed after the slab has achieved strength, connecting to the pre-installed couplers. Trim bars and isolation joint filler are provided around the penetrations per structural drawings. The underfloor conduit layout is sized and routed per mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
